1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bajibaji platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the bajibaji platform in any capacity.

bajibaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice beyond posting the updated version on this page. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Your continued use of bajibaji following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies including the bajibaji Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published alongside individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

bajibaji is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to, and use of, the bajibaji platform is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

bajibaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to bajibaji's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also confirm the following to be eligible to hold a bajibaji account:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bajibaji or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of bajibaji or any of its affiliated entities.
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the platform.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To place bets or access real-money games on bajibaji, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

One account per person. bajibaji permits each individual to hold exactly one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different details — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances on duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

bajibaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified and withdrawals are enabled:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your registered address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits, confirming the account belongs to the registered player.
• Source of Funds: In cases where deposits exceed specified thresholds, bajibaji may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds.

bajibaji processes KYC documentation within 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email once your account has been fully verified. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until KYC is complete. bajibaji will never share your KYC documents with third parties except as required by applicable law or fraud prevention obligations.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bajibaji accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; confirmed limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bajibaji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you request a change and provide supporting verification documentation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a maximum of 4 hours during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• bajibaji does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — check with your provider.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. A withdrawal requested before wagering requirements are met will forfeit the bonus balance.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

bajibaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. The specific terms and conditions — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates — are published alongside each individual offer at the time it is presented to the player.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on bajibaji unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• One bonus per household or IP address: Multiple players sharing a household or internet connection are each entitled to one welcome bonus only. bajibaji uses IP-level and device-level detection to enforce this policy.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x depending on the offer type. The applicable multiplier is stated in every offer.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10–20%. Sports bets contribute amounts stated in the specific offer. Certain game types (e.g., jackpot slots, specific table game variants) may contribute 0%.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the offer — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum bet per round or per event is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus cancelled.
• Bonus abuse: bajibaji monitors all bonus activity. If a player is found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting with bonus funds, arbitrage betting, or employing a strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — bajibaji reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

bajibaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be notified of any material changes. No compensation will be offered for promotional changes that occur before a player has opted in.

6 Prohibited Conduct

bajibaji operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive, or that undermines the integrity of the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one registered account on bajibaji, regardless of the intent.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your relationship with bajibaji.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer, or sports betting.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the bajibaji platform software to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using bajibaji in any way to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity. bajibaji cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) investigations and will freeze accounts and report suspicious activity where required.
• Harassment of staff: Abusing, threatening, or harassing bajibaji customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing payment chargebacks or reversals with a payment provider after using funds on the platform. Any account found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately closed and the amount disputed will be pursued through available legal channels.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajibaji platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the property of bajibaji or is licensed to bajibaji by third-party providers including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajibaji platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the bajibaji platform or its content without written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bajibaji software or games.
• Use bajibaji trademarks, logos, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bajibaji platform for any commercial purpose.

Unauthorised use of bajibaji intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.

8 Limitation of Liability

bajibaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bajibaji makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free operation of the platform, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajibaji and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption to service caused by maintenance, technical failure, internet service provider issues, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the bajibaji platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms, where such information is updated prior to a bet being placed.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bajibaji platform, even if bajibaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bajibaji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail. Complaints and Disputes: If you have a complaint, contact bajibaji support at support@bajibaji. bajibaji will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. bajibaji's decision following the internal complaints process is final.
